A well-established Legal 500 firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Department Assistant to join their Private Client team. This is a full-time, office-based role (Mon–Fri). You will support the team with:
- Audio/script typing
- Preparing correspondence
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Handling client communications
- Maintaining files and records
- Assisting with general office tasks
Confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organisational skills are essential. Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience within a law firm is required, along with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
