A leading US law firm in London is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract, with the potential for extension. This role provides hands‑on experience on high‑profile Real Estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.
You will support the team by:
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Coordinating deals
- Managing due diligence
- Maintaining trackers and data rooms
- Conducting Companies House filings
- Liaising with clients and internal teams

Candidates should:
