A leading US law firm is looking for an experienced Document Services Operator to join their London team.
The Document Services Operator will be responsible for:
- Formatting, revising and comparing legal documents
- Converting files
- Preparing PDFs and presentations
- Creating tables of contents and e-closing binders
- Providing technical support and software troubleshooting
Previous experience as a Document Services Operator or Word Processor within a legal or financial services environment is essential, alongside strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Candidates must also be flexible to work an evening shift, most likely Monday-Friday, for approximately 6 weeks from the start date to provide technical support during onboarding.
