A leading US law firm in London is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This role provides hands-on experience on high-profile Real Estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.
You will support the team by:
- drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- coordinating deals
- managing due diligence
- maintaining trackers and data rooms
- conducting Companies House filings
- liaising with clients and internal teams
- providing general administrative support
