A leading US law firm is looking for an experienced Document Services Operator to join their London team.
The Document Services Operator will be responsible for formatting, revising and comparing legal documents, converting files, preparing PDFs and presentations, creating tables of contents, e-closing binders and providing technical support and software troubleshooting.
Previous experience as a Document Services Operator or Word Processor within a legal or financial services environment is essential, alongside strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Litera Compare, DocXtools and Visio would be beneficial.
Candidates must also be flexible to work an evening shift, most likely Monday-Friday, for approximately 6 weeks from the start date to provide technical support during onboarding.
Please note working hours are: Thurs-Mon, 6am-2pm | 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote
