Role: Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor – 7+ PQE
Salary: £150,000 - £160,000
Firm: Boutique Legal 500 firm with Tier 1 team
Location: Central London (In-office, with some potential hybrid)
An exciting and and friendly Legal 500 firm, with an international reach and a European office, is looking to grow their litigation team with a dispute resolution expert that is capable in handling commercial and financial disputes. With matters that focus on complex and high value cases including those with a cross-border or sanction elements, this is an excellent role for a Senior Associate that is experienced with commercial disputes, civil fraud, and white-collar crime.
This firm is recognised for their longstanding expertise in high-profile and sensitive cases and, with a growing litigation practice and a highly competitive salary, it is ideal for an ambitious litigator that prefers a close-nit environment and a position that they can progress within. A strong personality fit is absolutely essential, as well as a passion for these types of matters!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and financial disputes that often include complex, high-profile, high value, or cross-border elements.
- Assist partners with significant matters, and support junior members of staff in developing their careers and managing cases,
- Develop relationships with clients, following firm growth plans, handling clients directly, and developing ongoing relationships,
- Assist with the continued marketing of the team and greater firm,
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in a reputable boutique, national or international firm,
- Experience and confidence managing a variety of litigation matters to include commercial and financial (civil fraud or white-collar) matters,
- Confidence in managing cross-border or international matters (including sanction disputes and the conflict of laws),
- Keen proponent of team development and strong business development skills,
- Ability to lead in relevant matters while assisting junior members of staff,
- A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal growth and strong interpersonal skills.
