As a member of the Corporate team, you will advise clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters. The client base ranges from start-ups and high-growth businesses through to established companies, including international organisations and venture capital-backed businesses. You will work across a diverse range of sectors and gain exposure to high-quality, varied work. Advise on high-value and complex matters, including M&A transactions, venture capital investments and general corporate advisory work. Play an active role in business development initiatives, including client pitches, networking events and relationship management. Strong corporate law experience gained within a reputable practice.
