Associate Employment Solicitor | London| Primarily remote, with occasional days in the office in London |Top 50 city firm |£75-£85k + incentives

This new role has been created due to significant success and growth in the team, and you will inherit a full and quality caseload from day one. There is no expectation to build your own clients as the division is extremely busy however you will be encouraged to meet with clients and build strong relationships.

You will need:

- Expereince gained in a London or strong regional firm essential
- Confidence in running tribunal matters and complex disputes from start to finish.
- Excellent client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A collaborative mindset, with the independence to work remotely with precision.
