A highly respected and multi-office firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join their friendly team, with this role based in their Ashford office. The team works on matters across west London and the Thames Valley area and primarily acts for HNW and UHNW clients on purchases, sales, leases, and enfranchisement matters.

Property is one of this firm’s key areas for 2026, and this position would allow you to grow professionally, with excellent support and training, advance within the firm, and eventually develop your own team!
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including complex and HNW transactions.
- Assisting senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters.
- Guiding junior solicitors and supporting their growth within the team with some supervisory duties.
- Working on the development of the team and larger firm including on BD and marketing projects.
- Developing contacts with a personal client base and building long-lasting relationships.
- UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Level 6 CILEX executive with 3-8 years PQE (other levels will be considered).
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality residential property law experience ideally within a nationally or internationally recognised firm.
- Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve minimum time targets and billing requirements.
This firm offers a highly competitive salary and bonus scheme (20% of billings above target), and a benefits package including private health available on request. They maintain a good work/life balance with hybrid working upon completion of probation and a good level of support.
