Legal Assistant – Corporate team

We are recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join the corporate team of a well-established law firm in Bristol.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and client support to fee earners, with responsibilities including file opening, document production, diary and email management, filing, drafting documents and bills, coordinating meetings and liaising with clients and third parties.
You will also support with basic legal processes, CRM administration, business development activities and ensuring files comply with the firm’s risk management and AML requirements.
We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant, PA or Legal Secretary with previous experience in a professional services environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and good knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
