We are seeking a results-driven Growth Content Executive to lead organic reports, articles, campaigns, and sales support content. This role offers the opportunity to drive creative, high-impact campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and our website. Our team acts as the digital hub for the LQA group, operating as a full-service marketing engine that adapts to evolving brand and business needs. In this role, you’ll be a key in shaping campaigns and collaborating across teams and partners. You’ll create content that drives demand and pipeline, turning LQA insight, data, and expertise into clear, engaging, commercially relevant content across marketing, sales, and product.

KEY DUTIES

  • Content Development
    • Execute organic LinkedIn marketing strategy
    • Engage in community management and client account engagement
    • Develop and maintain a continuous content production engine covering planning, creation, scheduling and performance analysis
    • Monitor and respond to weekly and monthly KPIs, making creative adjustments to optimize performance
    • Coordinate with paid ads agency to manage dozen+ ad variations monthly
  • Campaign Content
    • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including messaging, themes, and content across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages
    • Manage campaign content calendars and collaborate with design and paid media teams to deliver high performing assets
    • Test, optimise, and refine content using performance data, A/B testing, and KPI tracking
    • Support Demand Manager (Maria) with email copy, LinkedIn content, and landing page development
  • Sales Enablement
    • Develop and deliver sales enablement content, including one-pagers, case-style assets, and simple narratives
    • Create clear, consistent messaging that supports sales conversations across channels and stages
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with wider campaigns and ensure effective asset delivery
    • Support the Senior Marketing Executive with email copy, LinkedIn content, and landing page development
  • Product and Insight Support
    • Collaborate with product teams to translate myLQA insights into clear, usable content
    • Work with client teams to capture real-world examples and practical use cases
    • Develop insight-led narratives that turn data into compelling, accessible stories
    • Ensure outputs are relevant, actionable, and support both marketing and sales conversations

    • Has strong copywriting and content editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling marketing copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media.

    • Has experience with paid social media, including understanding campaign setup, key metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC), and optimisation, particularly on LinkedIn.
    • Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all assets, communications, and marketing outputs.
    • Brings additional value with relevant industry experience in luxury, hospitality, or B2B marketing environments.
