- KEY DUTIES
- Maintaining Brand Consistency Across Multiple Brands
- Partner with the Brand Designer to uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across LQA, Upfront Training, my LQA, ACADEMY by LQA and LQA Charity & Education.
- Monitor brand application across all touchpoints to protect visual integrity and support evolving business objectives across the LQA Group portfolio.
- Creating High-Impact Design Solutions
- Design high-quality Word and Power Point materials, including proposals and company presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create on-brand marketing, onboarding and support collateral (brochures, one-pagers, flyers, promotional assets and downloadable PDFs) to improve clarity and user experience.
- Empowering Teams with Self-Service Design Tools
- Empower teams with self-service design tools by developing user-friendly Power Point and Word templates, supported by clear guidelines and accessible template libraries that enable independent creation of on-brand documentation.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of self-service templates through training, ongoing support, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements to usability and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders to Deliver Excellence
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Growth, and Revenue Operations to deliver campaign assets, my LQA visuals, and website updates.
- Coordinate vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables, timely sign-off, and project momentum.
- Managing Design Operations in a Growth Environment
- Maintain organised, version-controlled design asset libraries for easy access and scalable collaboration across the organisation.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects while ensuring all design work meets print and digital specifications and deadlines.
- ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS TO SUCCEED
- Key Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in a graphic or brand design role, or relevant internships (in-house creative team) or degree in Graphic Design.
- Experience in videography (shooting and editing) to support brand storytelling across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) and design templates (Gamma, Figma, etc.)
- Skills in Microsoft Power Point and Word for template creation.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Proven experience in both digital and physical print design to fully support our comprehensive needs.
- Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and digital file optimisation.
- Experience creating materials across multiple platforms including web, print, and presentation formats.
- Proficient in using AI tools and techniques to solve problems.
