OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering valuable insights to our clients. You will begin by meeting with clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Using your strong analytical skills, you will then conduct both quantitative and observational data analyses. Based on your findings, you will develop and present actionable recommendations to help our clients achieve their goals.
In addition to providing insights, you will play an important role in training and upskilling hotel teams. You will design and deliver interactive, engaging training sessions that translate insights into practical, actionable steps. Your ability to communicate clearly, foster collaboration, and adapt your approach to different audiences will be key to helping hotel teams implement strategies effectively and drive lasting improvements.
KEY DUTIES
- Conduct incognito Hotel Assessments providing quantitative and observational data analyses.
- Manage travel itineraries according to schedule, ensuring evaluations are completed in a cost-effective manner.
- Create and present tailored recommendations based on data findings and client requirements.
- Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies for hotel team implementation.
- Prepare, organise, and deliver client workshops.
- Deliver interactive, engaging training sessions for hotel teams to drive the practical application of insights.
- Foster collaboration and engagement with hotel staff, adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support, insights, and results-focused advice.
ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS TO SUCCEED
- Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience within the luxury hotel industry.
- Should possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- English-speaking and writing abilities; proficiency in Japanese required.
- Essential to be organised and detail-orientated.
- Able to work independently while managing deadlines and multitasking effectively.
