This role will own how myLQA is positioned, understood, and brought to market by translating product capabilities into clear, commercially relevant narratives that drive adoption, retention, pipeline growth, and expansion. Act as the central bridge between Product, Growth, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Client Partnerships, ensuring alignment across teams. Champion a value‑led approach so myLQA is understood not as a list of features, but through its operational impact and business outcomes, while supporting scalable growth through consistent, clear, and repeatable product understanding across the organisation.

Key Duties

Positioning and Messaging

  • Define and own clear market positioning for myLQA, including who it serves, why it matters, and how it delivers measurable value across hospitality operations, guest experience, benchmarking, and performance.
  • Create commercially relevant, problem‑led narratives (Problem → Value → Outcome) that emphasise business impact over features, ensuring myLQA is positioned as a strategic operational growth tool.
  • Support Growth by developing consistent, high‑quality messaging that drives meaningful commercial signals and reinforces clear, repeatable understanding across the business.

Go‑To‑Market (GTM)

  • Own the communication of product updates, launches, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clear, aligned messaging across Product, Growth, Sales and Client Partnerships on why changes matter and where they deliver value.
  • Support end‑to‑end launch planning, including positioning, messaging, rollout communications, enablement, and adoption support.
  • Develop clear, commercially relevant launch narratives and materials that translate complex product capabilities into simple operational outcomes and compelling growth stories.

Sales and Client Enablement

  • Create clear, high‑impact enablement materials (one‑pagers, use cases, narratives, and talk tracks) that equip teams to communicate myLQA confidently and consistently.
  • Enable Sales, Client Partnerships and Growth to drive pipeline, expansion, adoption, and renewals through strong, commercially focused product storytelling.
  • Reinforce a value‑led approach by helping teams position operational outcomes over features, improving consistency and confidence across all product conversations.

Product Adoption and Growth Intelligence

  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Revenue Operations to analyse product usage, adoption behaviour, and engagement trends, leveraging insights from Mixpanel, client feedback, and sales conversations.
  • Translate data and behavioural signals into improved positioning, clearer adoption strategies, and identification of retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Support the definition of adoption benchmarks, success metrics, and scalable insight‑driven workflows to establish a measurable understanding of successful product usage across the client base.

Feedback Loop to Product

  • Gather and synthesise insights from Client Partnerships, Sales, Product, Growth and usage data to understand what resonates and where value is realised.
  • Identify points of confusion, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen how myLQA is positioned operationally and commercially.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Growth, ensuring client behaviour and market insight directly inform ongoing product development and go‑to‑market decisions.

Revenue Alignment

  • Support pipeline growth and conversion by strengthening positioning and delivering clear, commercially relevant product narratives that make myLQA’s value easy to understand.
  • Improve retention and expansion by driving stronger adoption, deeper operational understanding, and effective product enablement supported by usage insight.
  • Contribute to scalable growth by building repeatable communication frameworks that enhance consistency, clarity, and commercial impact over time.
