As a Rehousing Manager, you will:

  • Ensure that all customers have the best customer experience when and if they are displaced from their homes.
  • Source solutions quickly, whilst showing compassion and empathy for each case.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure that the customer is kept informed throughout the process.
  • Manage a complex caseload ranging from temporary and permanent rehousing as well as providing housing options advice to our existing residents.
  • Ensure the journey for all customers is smooth and efficient.
