Job Responsibilities
- Our plumbers handle all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms.
- They also have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs.
- Effective communication skills and knowledge of varied housing stock are required.
- Customer satisfaction is paramount, with an emphasis on delivering right‑first‑time service and minimizing follow‑ups.
- Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Call‑outs and out‑of‑hours service offer additional earnings.
Requirements
- It is essential to hold a manual driving license and to have hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed).
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience.
- Experience in a maintenance, site and/or housing environment and NVQ.
- Excellent customer service delivery.
- Right‑first‑time approach.
