L&Q is recruiting a Plumber Multi Trade for our North London repairs team. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours) offers a salary of £41,200 per year and a mobile working pattern across resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required.
You’ll handle plumbing repairs, installation and related skills, with scope in carpentry, tiling and plastering. Core hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, with occasional call-outs and out-of-hours work.
