Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

About the role: We are looking for a new senior leader to join our team as Head of Programme Management. You will provide strategic oversight, co‑ordination and leadership for one or more aspects of L&Q’s transformation and change portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery is well‑governed, resourced and aligned with organisational priorities.
- Lead programme and project delivery, supplier management, resource and financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and governance and assurance.
