- Persona: Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required
Responsibilities
- Carpentry and multi-trade tasks including internal and external door fitting
- Splice repairs and general locksmith work
- Bathroom sub floors, bath panels, and framework for kitchen repairs/refits
- General maintenance repairs and other related duties
- Internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing when capable
- Door repair and lock refits where applicable
- Communicate effectively with residents and maintain a right-first-time service
- Operate with health and safety consciousness in a housing maintenance/building environment
What you’ll bring
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience
- Experience in Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment
- NVQ or equivalent preferred
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Right-first-time approach
- Health and Safety conscious
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Wide range of multi-trade skills
- Manual driving license is essential
