  • Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours

  • Working Location: South West London and surrounding areas
  • Persona: Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Responsibilities

  • Carpentry and multi-trade tasks including internal and external door fitting
  • Splice repairs and general locksmith work
  • Bathroom sub floors, bath panels, and framework for kitchen repairs/refits
  • General maintenance repairs and other related duties
  • Internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing when capable
  • Door repair and lock refits where applicable
  • Communicate effectively with residents and maintain a right-first-time service
  • Operate with health and safety consciousness in a housing maintenance/building environment

What you’ll bring

  • Sound working trade knowledge and experience
  • Experience in Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment
  • NVQ or equivalent preferred
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Right-first-time approach
  • Health and Safety conscious
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Wide range of multi-trade skills
  • Manual driving license is essential
