L&Q is seeking an Income Recovery & Enforcement Officer to manage arrears portfolios, oversee court proceedings and, where necessary, eviction actions. This role balances firm enforcement with compassionate customer service to safeguard residents and L&Q’s ability to invest in homes and communities.
You’ll work with Housing, Finance and Legal teams, handle high-volume caseloads, and represent L&Q in court when required.
