L & Q is seeking a Disrepair Paralegal to support housing disrepair claims and legal casework, reporting to the Senior Solicitor within the litigation customer service team. This is a 12-month FTC maternity cover, with hybrid working between the office at Stratford and remote days, and a focus on managing claims efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

You will liaise with residents, solicitors, surveyors and internal teams, prepare documents, monitor court deadlines and assist with legal processes.
