We are seeking a Governance Officer to support and deputise for the Deputy Company Secretary by providing comprehensive company secretarial and governance support across L&Q. The successful candidate will help ensure that the L&Q Group maintains a robust approach to corporate governance through delivering exceptional administrative and company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with organisational, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role specifically involves providing independent advice and servicing to committees and officer governance groups delegated to this position.
