Salary: £35,951 per annum (London weighted salary) or £32,188 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience

Join our Financial Operations Team at L&Q:

We’re looking for a Financial Transactions Officer to join our busy and thriving Financial Operations team, where flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are key to success. Reporting to the Senior Financial Transactions Officer, you’ll be responsible for processing a range of property-related financial transactions including sales, shared ownership, staircasing, asset disposals, and ad hoc resident payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with tight deadlines.

Your impact in the role:

This role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as you’ll be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in journal processing and general ledger coding is essential, and a broad understanding of Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Accounts Receivable will be highly beneficial. You’ll also support wider finance functions to maintain smooth operations and uphold segregation of duties.   • Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and previous experience of Dynamics GP would be advantageous
