L&Q in Stratford, London, is seeking a highly organised Technical Coordinator to join our Disrepair Team. You will coordinate disrepair cases, ensure information is accurate, and keep residents, surveyors and contractors informed from start to finish.
This is a hybrid role with 20%–40% of hours worked from the reporting office, with Tuesdays in the office. You will work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver timely updates and maintain high levels of customer service.
