Contract Type: FTC – 12 months

The L&Q Communications Team is seeking an experienced communicator to support our Property Services directorate. This role involves communicating our £3bn investment in homes, our social value commitments, and service improvements to residents.
You will report to the Senior Communications Business Partner and act as a link between Property Services and the Communications Department, managing internal, external, and resident communications to generate positive publicity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering multi-channel communications in a large, fast-paced organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong copywriting abilities for diverse audiences.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Background in similar strategic communications roles
- Experience with internal, external, and resident-facing channels
- Experience in large, complex organizations
- Interest in the housing sector and L&Q
- High-quality written English
