Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager, Number of Reports: 12. Primary purpose: To ensure the smooth planning and organisation of the Breakfast service within the Waterside Restaurant and Bar. The role leads and directs the team to reach high performance objectives, trains staff to deliver a high standard, oversees morning conferences, manages business demands, fosters team spirit, promotes customer service, identifies sales opportunities, maintains cash handling accuracy, controls variable costs, manages stock levels, creates weekly rotas within budget, fulfills additional duties requested by management, and complies with health, safety and welfare regulations.

- Experience of dealing with customer complaints
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of correct and effective recruitment practices
