Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
- Set up, prepare, and provide service duties for restaurants, functions, and conferences as required.
- Greet guests, seat them, and provide menus promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and queries quickly and effectively, maintaining exceptional service.
- Ensure food and beverage departments are ready for service and left ready for the next shift.
- Familiarise yourself with menus and all available food and beverage information to answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar accurately and promptly.
- Deliver all food and beverage orders safely and efficiently, meeting guest expectations.

- Maintain good food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards.
