This new function provides critical support and expertise to our multi‑year, multi‑million‑pound investment in transforming L&Q. Our transformation and change portfolio spans full operating model change across the Group. • People Management and Leadership: Lead a cohort of Business Architects, supporting them to be the best they can be. Build the team, manage performance, oversee delivery, and develop the team to grow their experience, develop skills and careers.
  • Business Architecture Practice: Work with the Head of Business Design and Architecture and other leaders, developing a strong, high‑performing practice, creating consistent ways of working, methodologies and delivery approaches. Develop and then lead the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, including service patterns and business journey blueprints. Work with delivery teams to ensure these tools are fully adopted to ensure we are delivering to target outcomes and future‑proofing change at L&Q.
  • Designing and Assuring Transformation and Change deliverables: Provide the architectural input to design and assurance outputs and assurance, ensuring solutions enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables. • Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, able to make the complex simple.
