Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they’re happy in.
  • Primary relationship holder with residents in your patch of 500–600 homes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building relationships with people and strong communication with colleagues and residents.
  • Problem solving, gritty and determined, can-do attitude, commitment to keeping promises to residents.
  • Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve best outcomes for residents.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage a complex workload with important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car for work use.

Background checks: Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate required.
