Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
- Improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they’re happy in.
- Primary relationship holder with residents in your patch of 500–600 homes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of building relationships with people and strong communication with colleagues and residents.
- Problem solving, gritty and determined, can-do attitude, commitment to keeping promises to residents.
- Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve best outcomes for residents.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage a complex workload with important deadlines.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car for work use.
