L&Q Living in East London and Essex is seeking two experienced Handy Persons to join our Estate Caretaking Service. This mobile role covers Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering and Essex Boroughs.
You will be provided with an L&Q van for business use and must have a full UK manual driving licence. You’ll help deliver a high standard of maintenance in communal areas, participate in minor repairs, liaise with residents and contractors, and ensure health and safety.
