Salary: £24,545 per annum to £28,879 per annum (Regional salary) depending on experience

Persona: Site Based Worker: Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site(s), with ad hoc office attendance as required

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Independent Living Scheme Manager to join our Housing Management team. This is far more than a traditional housing role; you’ll be at the heart of the community, building relationships, supporting residents, promoting wellbeing and creating a positive living environment where people feel safe, connected and supported.

Your impact in the role:

  • Delivering a high-quality housing management service
  • Supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing

What you'll bring:

  • Experience within housing, supported living, wellbeing, care or another customer-focused environment

  • Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding or health & safety is beneficial
