Your impact in the role
- Coordinate MARAC cases, ensuring actions are tracked, completed on time, and accountability maintained.
- Act as the single point of contact for multi‑agency partners regarding MARAC cases.
- Facilitate complex case management and safeguarding for customers with complex needs.
- Engage with victims/survivors and provide reassurance and clear information about next steps.
- Ensure smooth internal handovers to support services.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records of MARAC cases and actions in line with data protection and safeguarding standards.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing high‑risk domestic abuse cases, MARAC coordination, risk assessment (DASH), and safety planning.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, safeguarding frameworks, housing law, and legal remedies for survivors.
- Trauma‑informed practice, championing survivor‑focused decision‑making.
- Strong multi‑agency collaboration and partnership working.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage complex caseloads and prioritise effectively.
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience (essential); SafeLives/Women’s Aid Level 3 and safeguarding training (desirable).
