Contract Type: Permanent, full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £31,955 per annum

Reporting Office: London, Stratford

Workplace: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office (hybrid working)

Closing Date: 28th May 2026 at 9am

Interview Dates: 2nd June at the Stratford Office

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Coordinator will provide back‑office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery. Tasks include reviewing outstanding work orders, confirming status, closing old and duplicate orders in our IT systems, performing all planning administration tasks, and ad‑hoc planning as required.

Daily tasks include:

  • Reviewing outstanding work orders to confirm their status
  • Closing off old and duplicate orders on our IT systems
  • All admin tasks relating to Planning
  • Ad‑hoc planning as and when required

Other expectations:

  • Accurate data entry and reporting
  • Use of various systems to organise, plan and process data
  • Providing relevant and current information for the team
  • Independent working
  • Contributing ideas and efficiencies

Working shift rota Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday; early shifts start 7:30am and latest finish 6:30pm.

What you’ll bring:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including D365
  • Great organisational skills and strong administration skills
  • Knowledge and experience within a similar role
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and strive to deliver the service, bring ideas and efficiencies
