L&Q Living is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join the Estate Services team at Acton Gardens in North West London.
The role focuses on maintaining communal areas, cleaning and grounds maintenance, and delivering a responsive service to residents.
You will liaise with residents and contractors, perform small repairs, and help ensure health and safety standards across our estate.
This is a permanent role with 35 hours per week, 08:00–16:00, and DBS clearance as required.
