L&Q Living is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join our Estate Services team.

This site-based role in South London focuses on maintaining communal areas, carrying out cleaning and basic grounds maintenance, and delivering a responsive service to residents.

You will perform small repairs, liaise with residents and contractors, and uphold health and safety standards.

Basic DBS will be required.
