Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of various types of content to enable the Internal Communications team to deliver effective and impactful internal communications campaigns and activity.
- Support L&Q to raise awareness of key internal initiatives by creating copy, editing and proofing for publications, reports, briefings, news stories and digital and social media content.
- Ensure that L&Q’s digital internal communications channels are up to date, accurate and appropriately used.
- Support L&Q to maintain a positive organisational image by producing timely, accurate and appropriate responses to internal communications enquiries.
- Promote communications best practice and upskill colleagues where appropriate, by helping them to self‑serve through tools including templates, how‑to guides and training.
Qualifications
- Degree or Higher National Qualification in a relevant subject or significant experience of producing corporate‑level communications collateral.
- Demonstrable experience working in a comparable, fast‑paced communications team environment.
- Proven track record of planning and delivering communications activity.
- Proven track record of successfully producing high‑quality copy and communications materials for internal and external audiences.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- IT literate – MS Office, database management or equivalent.
