Your impact in the role:
- Provide high-level governance, access security, and service delivery for systems and users across the organisation, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and business continuity is maintained.
- Deliver the BAU Identity and Access Management function through the Joiners, Movers and Leavers process in line with established operational processes.
- Support the Access Management Team Lead with the design, documentation and improvements of the Joiner Mover and Leaver (JML) process that embeds continual improvements in service quality.
- Collaborate with other teams in Technology to successfully migrate from old methods to latest for improving User Life Cycle Management, including automation for provisioning and de-provisioning, and assignment of Role Base Access Controls.
- Responding to IAM related incidents or requests via ITSM Tool or Telephony System in line with KPI’s.
- Support the business with reliable, scalable, and secure hardware provisioning and retrieval process that supports Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) functions end-to-end.
- Ensure timely device readiness for new hires, seamless hardware transitions for role changes, and efficient asset recovery for offboarding—while maintaining accurate inventory tracking, cost control, and data security compliance.
- Ensure SLAs (service level agreements) are met.
- Support improvements to the L&Q’s Security related policies, standards, and procedures.
What you'll bring:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and Group Policy in a large enterprise environment required, including Entra and Azure Platforms.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting for reporting, implementations and troubleshooting.
- Analytical, problem solving and detail oriented.
- Desire to collaborate, share and learn by doing.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups.
- Ability and experience in understanding, following, and enforcing policies and procedures, with awareness of guiding principles and underlying compliance against regulatory requirements.
- Must have awareness and experience of Identity Management and Access Governance managing user access management controls and processes.
- Skills, knowledge & experience of ITIL processes.
- Ideally hold the ITIL Foundation V3 qualification or higher but not essential.
