Join our Homeownership Team at L&Q: We are looking to recruit two Homeownership Officers to join our Homeownership team. These are exciting opportunities to provide a high-quality service to homeowners, leaseholders, shared owners and prospective purchasers, ensuring customers receive professional, accurate and timely advice and support.
One Homeownership Officer will be joining our Pre-Sale Enquiries Team and play a key role in supporting homeowners, solicitors, and buyers throughout the sales process. You will review leases, prepare LPE1 packs and provide solicitors with accurate information to help property sales and shared ownership resales progress smoothly.
In the second role, the Homeownership Officer will join Staircasing, Lease Extensions & Subletting Team and play a key role in supporting homeowners through a range of property transactions and homeownership services. In this role, you will review and interpret leases while managing staircasing, lease extension and subletting cases from enquiry through to completion.
Working closely with homeowners, solicitors, valuers and internal teams, you will make informed decisions, progress transactions efficiently and provide a high-quality customer experience. Both roles are part of our busy customer-focused team, you will handle telephone and written enquiries from homeowners, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring all requests are managed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
You will build positive working relationships, provide a high standard of customer service, and help deliver a smooth and seamless sales experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in leasehold, homeownership, conveyancing, or a property-related environment who has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legal documentation with confidence.
