Our Digital Communications team manages L&Q’s corporate website, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, user‑focused, and meets regulatory standards.
The Role:
Ambitious graduates will create, maintain and optimise content on L&Q’s corporate website – ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, accessible and aligned with brand and communication goals. Responsibilities include maintaining website content using a content management system, writing, editing and proofreading content for clarity, accessibility and brand consistency, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and gaining exposure to multiple digital communication channels.

- Supporting the development of clear, user‑focused digital journeys

What you'll bring:
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent experience in digital communications, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and in a tone appropriate to the audience
- Strong editing and proofreading skills for digital platforms
- Understanding of content management systems, including design and delivery
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Desirable:
- Understanding of on‑page SEO, metadata, and accessibility standards
- Basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting
- Experience working with stakeholders and non‑technical people
- Ability to use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on site performance
- Ability to interpret data to inform content decisions that enhance user experience
