L&Q Living in London is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Disrepair Team to coordinate cases, maintain accurate records and support customers through repairs from start to finish.

The role blends office and site work with a hybrid arrangement (20%–40% in-office; Tuesday in the office) and a permanent contract.

You will work with surveyors, contractors and residents to ensure timely updates and strong customer service throughout the process.
