We are looking for somebody who will enhance our high performing front line services in the role of Caretaker.

Location: Trafford area with some travel to surrounding areas.

Working pattern: 8am to 4pm, 36.25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Use practical work techniques to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained in an assigned area to support the delivery of efficient internal services.
  • Undertake routine training and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and personal development is completed.
  • Cleaner within the caretaking industry.
  • Clearing items from communal areas to storage locations.
  • Manual handling and working at height.
  • Use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues & customers.
  • Working in a variety of teams under the direction of Driver Mentors as instructed by Planners & Line Managers.

What you'll bring:

  • Basic knowledge of tools and materials associated with property cleaning, and potentially minor grounds maintenance.
  • Problem solving.
  • Working without supervision to tight deadlines.
  • Working within Risk Assessments and procedures.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Use of mobile phone, mobile working apps and basic IT systems.
  • A full UK Driving licence is desirable.

DBS: A Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate is required to enable them to work within the team.
