- Persona: Mobile/Field Based Worker – contract hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes, estates, etc., with ad-hoc office attendance as required
- Working Pattern: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead the local maintenance team on site, mentoring members from diverse backgrounds, ensuring customer standards and targets are delivered, recording time on site, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- You will use customer feedback to improve service delivery and operate within relevant health and safety regulations.
Impact
- Work alongside operatives to provide grounds maintenance services

Qualifications
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a corporate environment
- Experience in grounds maintenance
- Leadership experience or demonstrable leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full driving licence – required to drive L&Q fleet vans
- PA1 and PA6 City & Guilds qualifications are advantageous
- Experience with chipping, chainsaw, and use of a variety of equipment and hand tools
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Knowledge of COSHH legislation
