Title: Independent Living Scheme Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, FT 36 Hours
Salary: £24,545 to £28,879 per annum (Regional salary)
Working Location: Manchester
Persona: Site Based Worker: Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site(s), with ad hoc office attendance as required

Responsibilities
- Delivering a high‑quality housing management service
- Supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies
- Identifying support needs and helping residents access the right services
- Encouraging resident engagement and community involvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within housing, supported living, wellbeing, care or another customer‑focused environment
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and local communities
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proactive and solution‑focused approach
- Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding or health & safety is beneficial
Required Checks
The successful candidate must hold or obtain a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate. Additionally, appropriate safeguarding checks will be undertaken.
