Responsibilities
- Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
- Key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and making sure that residents have a home they're happy in.
- Primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch. Patches are designed to align with local authority areas and cover around 500 – 600 homes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of building relationships with people and ability to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
- Problem solving skills with grit and determination; a can‐do attitude and motivation to keep promises to residents.
- Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
- Excellent time‐management skills and ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to deadlines.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a car for work use.
