Contract Type: FTC 4 months (June – October 26) 35 hours per week

Salary: £28,275 to £30,780 per annum (London weighted salary) or from £24,545 to £26,712 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Grade: 3

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Agency Contracts & Quality Team. We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support. This is a varied role supporting the smooth running of key contracts, data reporting, compliance processes and stakeholder coordination across the team.

You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, helping ensure information, reporting and customer queries are managed accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems and processes, whilst also building strong working relationships and keeping multiple priorities on track.

Your impact in the role:

  • Coordinating agency and contract data submissions
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting financial administration and invoice processing
  • Managing stakeholder and customer queries through CRM systems
  • Monitoring actions, compliance updates and documentation
  • Supporting meetings, reporting and service improvements
  • Working across multiple systems and databases to maintain high-quality information

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience providing administrative duties to a busy team
  • Strong attention to detail with quality checking data
  • Experience of being able to create and maintenance of databases containing complex data
  • Fluent in use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
