Working Location: East London (Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking, Dagenham) and surrounding areas
Persona: Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and other general maintenance repairs.
- Carry out internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
- Have effective communication skills and experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ability to provide a right first-time service, limiting follow-ons and increasing satisfaction.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call-outs and out-of-hours service.
Qualifications
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience
- Experience gained within a maintenance, site and/or housing environment
- NVQ or equivalent preferred
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Right first-time approach
- Health and safety conscious
- Previous experience in a similar role
