Responsibilities
- Maintain communal areas within blocks and estates, carrying out cleaning and grounds maintenance work.
- Carry out small maintenance repairs as required.
- Liaise directly with residents and contractors, answering queries and ensuring health & safety and security issues are addressed.
What you’ll bring
- Capable of carrying out a variety of small repair jobs, working effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Trade skills, gardening or DIY experience, and a recognised City & Guilds or Bics qualification in cleaning are an advantage, but not essential; training will be provided.
- A good communicator and willingness to learn new skills.
- Self‑motivated to organise time effectively.
- Proactive in daily activities and aware of safe working practices.
- Good literacy skills.
- IT skills – required to use a PC and complete online courses and assessments; will be learned during the probationary period.
