We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor with a repairs and maintenance background to manage a team of surveyors and improve our surveying service. Reporting to the Surveying Manager, you will oversee up to 10 surveyors, collaborate with internal teams, and liaise with stakeholders including MPs, councillors, and local authorities. You will diagnose repairs, specify remedial works using NHF rates, and motivate your team to deliver excellent results.
Candidate requirements:
- People management experience
- Professional qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Section 20 processes
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of NHF schedule of rates
- Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
