Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Lead
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until a specified date
Hours: Full time
Location: Stoke Poges, Reporting Office: Beacon House Slough
Salary: £33,154 plus Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

As the Neighbourhood Housing Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver reliable, consistent service
- Improving resident satisfaction and building trust
- Managing relationships with residents in patches covering approximately 500-600 homes
The ideal candidate should:
- Be skilled in relationship building and communication
- Have problem-solving skills, grit, and determination
- Possess a can-do attitude and be committed to keeping promises
- Be willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes
- Have excellent time management skills and manage complex workloads
- Be capable of stakeholder engagement with diverse customers
- Have previous experience in relevant roles
- Drive and have access to a car for work
