Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Lead

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until a specified date

Hours: Full time

Location: Stoke Poges, Reporting Office: Beacon House Slough

Salary: £33,154 plus Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

As the Neighbourhood Housing Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver reliable, consistent service
• Improving resident satisfaction and building trust
• Managing relationships with residents in patches covering approximately 500-600 homes

The ideal candidate should:

• Be skilled in relationship building and communication
• Have problem-solving skills, grit, and determination
• Possess a can-do attitude and be committed to keeping promises
• Be willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes
• Have excellent time management skills and manage complex workloads
• Be capable of stakeholder engagement with diverse customers
• Have previous experience in relevant roles
• Drive and have access to a car for work
