The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a permanent, full-time contract, offering 40 hours per week. The position involves working across various locations in London and surrounding areas, including South London, South East London, Bexley, Kent, Slough, and Berkshire.

As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance tasks such as CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes, electrical testing, and ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and habitable. Our focus is on high-quality work, excellent customer service, and first-time fixes.

We seek experienced electricians with knowledge of building or housing environments, particularly within social housing or local authority settings. Candidates should have a solid understanding of electrical inspection & testing, fault finding, and safety procedures, with the ability to work independently under time constraints and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires 'Out of Hours' availability on a rotational basis, paid according to policy. Some travel between sites may be necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Core Technical Competence in all electrical works (EAS- Table 4C)
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Experienced Worker Qualification (Maintenance/Installation Electrician / ECS Gold Card or equivalent)
  • Wiring Regulations (EAS- Table 4D)
  • Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (BS7671:2018)
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Level 3 Award in Inspection & Testing or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and use of PDA
